Both mother and daughter were born and raised in New Jersey. Influenced by the works of Edgar Payne, Clyde Aspevig & Scott Christensen, they both decided to pursue their passion and enrolled in a local Art Institute where they were both mentored by a Master Painter.

Over the years they have honed their skills by studying with other nationally known artists.

Working primarily in oil, both artists paintings include  landscapes, seascapes, still life's and portraits.

Both mother and daughter works have been accepted into Regional Juried Art Shows and recently have been profiled by Art Food Home as Emerging Artists.

Both artists participate in Plein Air Painting events and travels to heighten their painting skills. Recently, Lisa and her mother had an art exhibit at the John W. Rea House and a prior exhibit at the Frelinghuysen Arboretum. Both mother and daughter were recently featured in numerous publications and profiled on News 12 New Jersey.

In painting, both artists strive to express their painterly approach through traditional oil painting techniques.
